TAX HEARING

NOTICE BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GOLD RIDGE PROTECTION DISTRICT OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON AUGUST 14, 2024, FOR CONSIDERATION AND DETERMINATION OF THE SPECIAL TAX TO BE LEVIED ON EACH PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE DISTRICT DURING FISCAL YEAR 2024/2025

WHEREAS, District special tax ordinances require that each year the District Board of Directors hold a public hearing to consider and determine the rate of special tax to be levied on each parcel of real property in the reorganized District during Fiscal Year 2024/2025; and

NOW, THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors of the Gold Ridge Fire Protection will conduct said public hearing on August 14, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Gold Ridge Fire Station No. 81, 4500 Hessel Road, Sebastopol, California.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Clerk of the Board of Directors shall keep on file, and open to public inspection at the Gold Ridge Fire Station No. 81, a copy of the proposed report and other supporting documents to be considered for this public hearing.

FINAL BUDGET

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Gold Ridge Fire Protection District adopted a preliminary budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 at their regular meeting on June 12, 2024. Said preliminary budget is available at Gold Ridge Fire Station 81, 4500 Hessel Rd. Sebastopol, CA, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for inspection by interested taxpayers.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Directors have set Wednesday, September 11, 2024, 7:00 p.m., at Gold Ridge Fire Station No. 81 located at 4500 Hessel Rd. Sebastopol, CA, as the date, time and place for public hearing and adoption of a final budget for the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
