TAX HEARING

NOTICE BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GOLD RIDGE PROTECTION DISTRICT OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON AUGUST 27, 2025, FOR CONSIDERATION AND DETERMINATION OF THE SPECIAL TAX TO BE LEVIED ON EACH PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY IN THE DISTRICT DURING FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026

WHEREAS, District special tax ordinances require that each year the District Board of Directors hold a public hearing to consider and determine the rate of special tax to be levied on each parcel of real property in the reorganized District during Fiscal Year 2025-2026; and 

NOW, THEREFORE, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors of the Gold Ridge Fire Protection will conduct said public hearing on August 27, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Gold Ridge Fire Station No. 81, 4500 Hessel Road, Sebastopol, California. 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Clerk of the Board of Directors shall keep on file, and open to public inspection at Gold Ridge Fire Station No. 81, a copy of the proposed report and other supporting documents to be considered for this public hearing.
