NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Gold Ridge Fire Protection District will receive Proposals for Progressive Design-Build services for the New Administrative Warehouse and Remodel of Existing Fire Station 81.

Gold Ridge Fire Protection District (District) is seeking qualified and experienced Contractors to provide Progressive Design-Build services for upcoming projects. This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been developed to ensure that Contractor services are procured through a fair and competitive selection process, emphasizing demonstrated competence, experience, bonding capacity, appropriate licenses, and overall qualifications necessary for the successful execution of the required services.
